By registering for an account, accessing, or using Investor Sam ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated by FlossBite LLC, you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use this Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
THE INFORMATION, DATA, ANALYSIS, AND CONTENT PROVIDED ON INVESTOR SAM IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL GUIDANCE. WE ARE NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR, BROKER-DEALER, OR FINANCIAL PLANNER. ALL INVESTMENT DECISIONS ARE SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. Investor Sam provides access to financial data sourced from U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) EDGAR public filings, AI-generated analysis summaries, financial ratios, news sentiment, and related tools. Data is derived from publicly available regulatory filings and is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data or analysis. Financial data is based on quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) SEC filings and is not real-time. Certain valuation calculations (including the discount rate used in our Intrinsic Value / DCF tool) and macroeconomic context are informed by economic data from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis's FRED® service, used in accordance with the FRED Terms of Use (https://fred.stlouisfed.org/docs/api/terms_of_use.html).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.
Investor Sam offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card information. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.
New Premium subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription purchase by emailing [email protected]. Refund requests after 14 days will not be honored. Refunds are limited to one per customer, per payment method, and per household. Abuse of the refund policy — including creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim refunds — is prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and legal action. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Account page → Manage Subscription portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 14-day guarantee period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Financial data sourced from SEC EDGAR filings is in the public domain; however, our compilation, analysis, formatting, and presentation constitute original work protected by copyright.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY FINANCIAL DATA, AI ANALYSIS, OR CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLOSSBITE LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlossBite LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any investment decisions made based on information from the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version and effective date are always shown at the top of this page.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 2, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlossBite LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
